Pregnancy Food Chart

1. The daily diet must include the right amount of proteins and vitamins. In addition to consuming all essential proteins and vitamins, there should also be a healthy intake of fruits and vegetables as well.

2. There isn’t any meal that can provide a balance of all the nutrients. Hence, along with a healthy diet, it is also important to take all multivitamins prescribed by your doctor.

3. Juices and smoothies should also be a part of your daily diet as they help in the building up of cells and tissues in the body.

4. One should opt for organic vegetables and fruits as they are devoid of pesticides which can have adverse effects on the baby in the womb.

5. Drinking plenty of water is also needed, as it helps in flushing out the toxins in the body.
