Rohit Bhasin is the Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He has over 38 years of experience in the audit, accounting and finance industry. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from the School of Correspondence Courses and Continuing Education, University of Delhi. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited in various positions and Standard Chartered Bank, India. He is also currently serving as an Chairman and Independent Director of ICICI Bank Limited, Dr. Lal Pathlabs Limited, Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited, Yatra Online Limited and Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited. He has been associated with our Company since December 1, 2022

Kshitiz Murdia is the Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from Rabindra Nath Tagore Medical College, University of Rajasthan, Udaipur, and a diploma in gynaecology and obstetrics from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai. He is registered with the Rajasthan Medical Council. He has been associated with our Company since its inception. He is a gynaecologist with a decade of experience of performing in vitro fertilisation. He has been conferred with various awards including, the ‘Hall of Fame (IVF Specialist)’ award for the West zone, at the National Fertility Awards by ETHealthworld in 2023 and ‘Healthcare Leader of the Year’ by FE Healthcare Awards in 2023.

Nitiz Murdia is the Managing Director of our Company. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of engineering, marketing and business expansion. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in science (industrial chemistry) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has been associated with our Company since its inception. He is primarily responsible for the overall business management of our Company. He has been conferred with various awards including, a silver medal from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur on being adjudged as the best student in order of merit among the graduating students and the ‘Hall of Fame (Embryologists)’ award for the North zone, at the National Fertility Awards by ET HealthWorld in 2023 and 2024.

Ashish Agrawal is a Nominee Director on the Board of our Company. He has over 24 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with specialisation in electronics from SGS Institute of Technology and Science, Indore and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA. He is currently a partner in the EQT Private Capital Asia team. Previously, he was associated with Lehman Brothers Advisers Private Limited as a senior vice president, Bank of America in Chicago as a vice president, JM Morgan Stanley Private Limited as an analyst and ICICI Securities and Finance Company Limited as an equity analyst. He has been associated with our Company since November 9, 2023.

Jimmy Mahtani is a Nominee Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (business administration - honors) and a triple major in finance, marketing and international business from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. He has been associated with our Company since November 9, 2023. He has over 24 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He has been associated with EQT Partners Hong Kong Limited (formerly known as Baring Private Equity Asia Limited) since 2006 and currently serves as a partner, chairman of south & south-east Asia, private capital Asia at EQT Partners Asia Pte. Ltd. Prior to joining EQT Hong Kong Limited (formerly known as Baring Private Equity Asia), he was associated with General Atlantic Partners, Mumbai in the capacity of a vice president. He has been associated with our Company since November 9, 2023.

Abhijit Sinha Bose is an Independent Director of our Company. He has over 24 years of experience in product management and leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Cornell University, New York, and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, Massachusetts. He is currently associated with Ambytech India Private Limited as a founder and director. He was previously associated with Whatsapp Application Services Private Limited as head of India, Whatsapp, Ezetap Mobile Solutions Private Limited as chief executive officer, and with Intuit Technology Services Private Limited, JiGrahak Mobility Solutions Private Limited and Siebel Systems Inc. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2024.

Dalip Sehgal is an Independent Director of our Company. He has over 40 years of experience in management and leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Delhi. He is also associated with Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited as an executive director and chief executive officer. He was previously associated with Westerly Retail Private Limited as the chief executive officer, Hindustan Lever Limited as an executive director, Godrej Hershey Foods & Beverage Limited as the managing director and chief executive officer, and Graviss Holdings Private Limited as the managing director. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2024.

Krishnamurthy Shankar is an Independent Director of our Company. He has over 40 years of experience in human resources, management and leadership roles. He holds a post-graduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations from Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, and a doctorate in business administration from Aston Business School, Birmingham. He has done an executive programme in strategy and organisation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is also associated with Youthrive Foundation as director and a visiting faculty at Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Delhi NCR. He was previously associated with Infosys Limited, Philips India Limited, Bharti Airtel Limited, Hindustan Lever Limited and Eicher Goodearth Limited in various capacities. He has been the national president for the National HRD Network from 2019-21 and was awarded the ‘Distinguished Alumni of XLRI’ award in 2019. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2024.

Simon Brian Fishel is a Nominee Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (biochemistry) from the University of Salford, United Kingdom and a doctorate in philosophy from Churchill College, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. He is currently the director of Profam Limited (UK). Previously, he was associated with CARE Fertility Group Limited as the founder and president, Nottingham University as a senior lecturer where he started a masters course in assisted reproductive technologies, Nottingham University Research and Treatment Unit (Nurture) as a scientific director and Cambridge University where he was a lecturer. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2024. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of human reproduction studies and reproductive physiology. He has been conferred with various awards and recognitions including, the ‘EY Entrepreneur of the Year – Healthcare Award Winner’ award in 2016, an honorary fellowship at the Liverpool John Moores University in 2009, and the Beit Memorial Fellowship for medical research in 1979. He was previously a member of the American Fertility Society, an academician at the European Academy of Andrology and a junior research fellow at Churchill College, University of Cambridge. He is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, UK. He has been the recipient of many international awards and certificates for his work in IVF issued by organisations like International College of Surgeons in 1997, Pan Arab Society of Andrological Sciences in 1996 and the Inter-University Center for Clinical Studies, University of Catania for contribution in the development of IVF techniques in 1995. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2024.

Dr. Gayatri Ghadiok is an Independent Director of our Company. She has over 33 years of experience in healthcare management and operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from Christian Medical College, Punjab University, Ludhiana, and a doctorate of medicine in pathology from University of Delhi. She was previously associated with the World Health Organisation as a technical officer and consultant and also worked with Nova Medical Centres Private Limited as director of operations (strategy and operations department), Fortis Hospitals Limited as a medical director, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital as consultant (haematology), Shri Moolchand Kharaiti Ram Hospital and Ayurvedic Research Institute as senior consultant pathology, Escorts Hospital and Research Centre Limited as a senior consultant (histopathology) and Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre as a senior consultant (pathology). She has been associated with our Company since January 1, 2025.
