We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Indira IVF Bandlaguda Team. We are from Bangalore, and we had been trying to have a baby for more than 3 1/2 years. Before coming to Hyderabad, we had gone through five unsuccessful IUI attempts. At one point, we decided to take a break from treatments and came to Hyderabad to give ourselves some time and space. On February 15th, we decided to explore IVF treatment in Hyderabad. We were quite scared of IVF because of the many negative experiences and comments we had heard from friends and relatives. This was the first centre we visited — and we decided to begin our IVF journey on the very same day. The reason we could take such a big step was because of Dr. Dhruvitha and her entire team. From our very first interaction, Madam gave us comfort, confidence and hope. Within a single visit, we developed so much trust in her that we decided to put ourselves completely in the hands of the team. Madam explained everything to us patiently and encouraged us to go with the two-cycle package. Our first cycle unfortunately was unsuccessful. We were completely devastated. After everything we had already gone through, we felt that we had lost hope once again. But Madam did not give up on us. She came up with a different plan for our second cycle — and thankfully, it worked wonderfully. Today, we are overwhelmed with happiness to say that we are expecting twins. ❤️ We went through all of this in a new city, away from our families and without the usual support system around us. Through every difficult moment, the support and encouragement from the team gave us the strength. One thing we truly appreciated was that the team was always available on the phone. During IVF, even a small change or reaction to medication can make you anxious. Whenever we had concerns about any reaction to the medicines, Dr. Vaishnavi, would respond “No, no, nothing will happen!” with a big smile on her face gave us so much courage and helped us stay positive. Thank you, entire Indira IVF Bandlaguda team, for your kindness, patience, support and care throughout this journey. We came to Hyderabad without knowing what the future would hold. We are leaving this journey with something we had been waiting and praying — the happiness of becoming parents to twins.
