I had a very good experience at Indira IVF, Park Street, Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous, especially Pintu Da and Meenakshi who was always supportive and approachable. The hospital is well-maintained, clean, and organized, which made every visit comfortable. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Shreya Bhattacharya for her kindness, patience, and guidance throughout the treatment process. Dr. Akanksha Jangid was equally impressive with her professionalism, expertise, and knowledge, which gave me a lot of confidence during my IVF journey. I found the IVF package cost to be reasonable and worth the investment. However, I feel that the medication costs are quite high. It would be helpful if discounts could be offered on medicines. Additionally, many of the prescribed medicines were difficult to find outside the hospital pharmacy, which can be inconvenient for patients. I would request the management to look into this issue and improve medicine accessibility. Overall, I am satisfied with the care and support provided by the team and would recommend Indira IVF to others.
