Identity card – Aadhar Card / Passport / Pan Card / Driving License / Voter ID (Any one of these) Address of residence – In case of temporary residence, Rent or lease agreement/electricity bill (not more than three months old)

Salary slip last three months

-For Self-employed

KYC Documents – ID Proof

Proof of income: two-year financial audit

Business Stability Proof – Form 3 Wet Registration / Form C1
