She is very polite, understanding, and explains every procedure clearly. Her positive attitude and caring nature give patients a lot of confidence and comfort during the treatment journey. I would also like to appreciate Karuna for her kind and helpful behavior. She is very cooperative, patient, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Her supportive nature makes patients feel comfortable and well cared for. A special thanks to Neha and the reception staff as well. They manage appointments and patient queries very smoothly and professionally. I was taking services from indira ivf gurgaon sector 14 center. Mine was a case of both of the fellopean tube blockages. We were trying for a child since last 5 years.
